Contact Calley Duffey at 734-242-7722 for more information. Location and Parking The RRCA is located in the heart of historic Downtown Monroe. All parking is free after 5 p.m. on weeknights and free all weekend. There are side and rear parking lots in addition to all street parking. Ticket Policies All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on single tickets or group sales. All dates and performances are subject to change. Children All persons attending a RRCA event, regardless of age, must pay the appropriate admission fee. The RRCA does not recommend attendance by children who are unable to sit in his or her seat for the duration of the performance. Latecomers Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager. Cameras, Recording Devices, Food and Beverages We regret that cameras, recording devices, and food are not allowed inside the Centre. We do sell water and candy at our concession stand.
