DRUM INSTRUCTOR
Job Title: Drum Instructor
Location: The River Raisin Centre for the Arts, Monroe, MI
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours

Position Overview:
The River Raisin Centre for the Arts (RRCA) is looking for a friendly, skilled, and enthusiastic Drum Instructor to offer private lessons to students of all ages and experience levels. We’re seeking someone who loves teaching music, adapts easily to different learning styles, and enjoys creating a welcoming, encouraging, and engaging environment where students can grow and have fun making music.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach private lessons to students of all levels.

Develop individualized lesson plans to meet students’ musical goals.

Encourage proper technique, rhythm, and musicality.

Track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in drumming across multiple styles and techniques.

Experience teaching students of various ages and skill levels.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable and professional.
Compensation:
